The insulating operative rod is designed for operative work within AC electrical installations with 50 (60) Hz frequency, control of disconnectors and replacement of tube fuses. The operative all-purpose rod may be made of fiberglass material.
The rods are designed for application in electrical installations with 220 kV or higher voltage and consist of 2 or 3 parts with connecting metallic half-couplings.
